About
I am currently pursuing M.Phil. research at the Centre for Historical Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. I am trying to look at the changing discourses of Indian cricket from 1920 to 1970 through the cross-cutting agencies of collective memory, nostalgia market, print media and celebrity culture in Bombay and Calcutta.
When I am not working on the dissertation, I try swishing blades with cricket journalism, or break the records I hold at Brian Lara 2007.
